After lucidly articulating the seven categories of criteria necessary to engender Trust in a Provider, Rabbeinu Bachaya demonstrates why If common sense logic prevails, it’s [only] "In G-d We [can] Trust" as the analysis clearly shows how only Hashem possesses all the requisite qualities true Trust requires. In presenting his rational thesis that invariably leads to the idea that only G-d can be relied on and is deserving of our Trust, he quotes a wide variety of biblical verses to prove his point. In this episode we focus on the need for those scripture citations. After all, if it's so logical a conclusion, why is there a need for all the biblical sources as proof that only G-d can Possess all the qualities that true Trust demands.
