"Trust Issues I" Episode #155 of CONQUERING ANXIETY the Series on Trust: Sha'ar HaBitachon!

In the previous chapters, Rabbainu Bachaya clarified the nature of Trust in Hashem; by defining precisely what it is, isn't, and explaining why it's an important part of our spiritual composition. He also gave us Torah-true methodologies by virtue of which we can successfully develop and implement Bitachon in our day-to-day life. Yet, in the same way that there are elements that best facilitate the nurturing of real clear Trust in G-d, there are also things that obstruct and diminish it. Instruction regarding these harmful and detractive components, so that we know how to avoid them form the opening volley of Chapter Seven. As such this inaugural Episode entitled "TRUST ISSUES Part I" begins by highlighting personal deficiencies and shortcomings that can get in the way of Building Bitachon.
